The Emmy Awards are finally here and Sunday night is going to be massive as these awards are going to be announced. The first show is going to HBO’s Popular show ‘The Sympathizer’. The show has a rating of around 6.8 On IMDB and has decent Google ratings too. There are chances that superstar Robert Downey Jr may bag an Emmy for Supporting Actor in a Limited Series category for his performance in the show.
Shogun was one of the most watched shows in recent times and the show is also going to bag a few awards for sure. There is the possibility that Hiroyuki Sanada can win the Lead Actor category award due to his remarkable performance in the show. The show may win an award in the Best Director Category.
FX Shows are on Fire and another FX Original show, ‘The Baer’ is also expected to do big in various categories at the Emmy Awards. The writing, Performances and Direction of the show were top-class and there are high chances that the show may get an award in any of these categories.
If you love watching shows and films, you must be aware of ‘Last Week Tonight With John Oliver’ and like every year this show is also going to rock in the Award ceremonies. The show may get an award in the Best Scripted Series Category.
Hulu’s original series Only Murders in the Building is also buzzing and there are high chances that the show will bag some awards. Selena Gomez may get an award for leading actress in a Series and Martin Short is also going to be one of the the favourites. Apple Original show ‘The Morning Show’ has some great performances by lead actress Jennifer and she is also one of the favourites as of now.
