The first episode that he lacks the self-awareness to fully consider all of his options assuming that the Mariners will let him off the hook due to their desire to maintain appearances. He sets up Sal Moroni to be blamed for Alberto’s death that defies logic. but it stems from penguin’s perception of the privileged Society he is invading but it’s a brilliant move on az’s part to divert the Falcone’s Focus to the Marinus Carmine.
